One Wedding a Day Policy
We commit to only hosting one wedding a day ensuring that you and your guests are the centre of attention. You will enjoy exclusive use of the wedding suites including our gorgeous Garden Suite to mingle with guests over drinks, our beautiful, landscaped gardens for photos and our elegant Jameson Suite Ballroom for your dining reception and to dance the night away.

Host Your Ceremony On-site
We are licenced to host your ceremony on site and offer a choice of locations to do so – our sophisticated Jameson Suite suits larger gatherings and our Garden Suite or outdoor gardens make the perfect backdrop for more intimate weddings. While we are not sure if a marriage is even legal until Riverdance has been done, we will make sure your civil ceremony is beautiful and personalised just for you.

Our hidden gem! Leading out from our Garden Suite, our landscaped gardens are the perfect place for your guests to enjoy a glass of chilled bubbly and canapes during the drinks reception. It also offers lots of photo opportunities, so you don’t need to go anywhere else -allowing you to actually get a taste of those lovely canapes you chose! Warning! Outdoor plans will lead to many obsessive weather related messages in WhatsApp groups in the lead up to your big day.
Our Incredible Food
We understand – food can make or break a Wedding! Our Head Chef Michael Cashman has put together a huge selection of delicious options for you to choose from, allowing you to design a menu that’s perfect for you and your guests. Delicious canapes, mouth-watering main courses, sumptuous desserts and of course the ‘oh my god, this is the best food I’ve ever tasted’ 10pm nibbles.
Lots of Accommodation
Our beautiful Wedding Suite boasts its own wonderfully bright lounge area which is perfect for the Bride and her Bridal party to get ready in. With lots of space and natural light, simply add your wedding morning playlist and some bubbly and let the preparation fun begin.
The luxurious suite is also a wonderful place for you both to unwind or at least get a few hours’ sleep (thank you Residents Bar) at the end of your special day! Did we mention the delicious champagne breakfast for you to enjoy in bed the next day? Champagne and a Full Irish – a hangover cure in and of itself.
With 79 recently renovated bedrooms, there will also be plenty of room for all your guests to stay (so yes you can invite your Mum’s 2nd cousins neighbour) and it ensures that nobody has an excuse to leave the dancefloor early.
Location, Location, Location.
Located just 15 minutes from Cork city in the lively town of Midleton, Midleton Park Hotel offers an ideal location for local guests to get to, and for travelling guests to spend a few days. With it’s proximity to wonderful churches for your religious ceremony, beautiful blue flag beaches for photographs and easy driving distance to family favourites like Fota Island and Leahy’s Farm, the location is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
A Drink (or two) at Park 89 Bar and Bistro
Our stunning, newly renovated bar and bistro with its vibrant decor is a great place for a sneaky pre-ceremony drink (nervous groom and lead astray best men, we’re looking at you!), or for a casual post wedding day catch up with guests. We can’t guarantee that lunch and a few drinks will cure the sore heads, but it’s always worth a try!
Dedicated Wedding Co-Ordinator & Team
Planning a wedding takes lots of time… and that’s just the Pinterest board! With so many details to arrange, we strive to make the venue arrangements as simple as possible for our wonderful couples. Our Wedding Co-ordinator Martina will be on hand to answer any and all questions you have as you plan your dream day, and our dedicated operations team will ensure you and your guests are looked after on the day itself. While they can’t control what the Best Man might say, they will ensure all other details go beautifully to plan.
