Covid19 Guidelines

Due to Covid19, we have had to change our Operational Guidelines slightly. See below:

Social Distancing: We will ask all guests to maintain social distancing so dining tables, couches and seating in common areas have been re-arranged to help with this.

Check In/Out: One guest from each group is required to check-in for that group to reduce queueing where possible. We have streamlined the check-in process to help woth this.

Food Service: Guests are asked to pre-book their breakfast, lunch and dinner to avoid disappointment. Links to do so will be issued in your pre-arrival email. Alternatively, you can do so here. Drinks can only be ordered with food service.

Guest Bedrooms: A new check-in time of 4pm has been implemented to allow for enhanced cleaning protocols. Bedrooms will only be serviced on request and extra items such as pillows will be only be available on request.

Gym & Swimming Pool: Guests must pre-book their Gym and Swimming Pool times to avoid disappointment, limit numbers and help with social distancing. This can be done 2 days prior to date of booking by calling the Leisure Centre on 021 463 5151. Kid's hours are between 10am - 7pm.

Cleaning: We have implemented additional cleaning protocols throughout the Hotel, especially on touch points and surface areas.
