Booking
Provisional Booking
Dates may be held provisonally for a maximum of fourteen days, after which time a decision is required. An approximate number of guests should be advised at this stage.
Please note minimum numbers required for Friday or Saturday Wedding Receptions from June to August inclusive is 120 guests.
Deposit
A deposit of €800 is required to secure your booking this deposit is non refundable. A further €600 is required 6 months prior to your wedding date.
Accommodation
Due to the demand on our guest rooms, we advise that you book accommodation (if required) when you pay your initial deposit. A deposit must be received for each room not later than 4 weeks prior to your wedding. Rooms without deposits, after this date, will not be held. We are delighted to offer availability of 20 rooms to each wedding party at a reduced accommodation rate for your guests should you so require.
Final Details
Revised number of guests should be given to the hotel 14 days prior to the function. The final number is required 5 days in advance. This number will be taken as the minimum number to be charged.
Menus
Menus and final arrangements should be made with the hotel 14 days prior to the function. Menu prices are quoted based on set menus - if a choice is required, a surcharge will apply.
Children
Special childrens' menus are available or half portions are served if preferred. Half portions are charged at 50% of main meal.
Special Diets
A selection of menus are available on request for guests with special dietary requirements. Vegetarian dishes are a house speciality.
Table Plan, Cake and Clothes
All of these should be delivered to the hotel fully labelled the night before the wedding.
Final Payment
Accounts are strictly net and payable on the day of the Banquet or on Departure by bankdraft or cash only.
