Leisure Club Swimming Pool

All our staff are fully qualified lifeguards, and many are qualified in multiple disciplines. As our pool is 1.35 metres deep all along the pool, we must insist that an adult over 18 years accompanies anyone under 16 years in the pool at all times.
Our viewing area is not on the pool deck, it is at the main reception of the Health Club, where we have a number of chairs for your comfort and glass panels to view the pool.
Swimming hats must be worn at all times in the main pool and the children’s pool. If you forget your swim hat, we have cloth hats and silicone hats available to purchase at Health Club Reception. For hygiene purposes we cannot loan swim hats. We also have a selection of swim suits, goggles, swim aids and armbands available for purchase.
The children’s pool is a shallow pool where the toddlers can stand and splash to their hearts content. It is the ideal area to introduce your child to the pool and as it is completely separate to the main pool, your child will feel safe and confident.
We have a disabled changing area which leads directly to the swimming pool deck. This has a shower, disabled toilet and disabled seating for those who have reduced access. This changing area also doubles as a family changing area. Parents can change their children in peace and comfort.
Within the male and female changing rooms we have a range of large and small lockers available for use while in the facility. We ask you to provide your own lock or you can purchase one at the health club reception. Hotel residents may give their room key as a deposit for a lock. We also provide a nappy changing facility in the mens, ladies and disabled changing area.
