Cobh Golf Club
Cobh Golf Club is an 18 hole championship Golf Course at Marino Point, Cobh, Cork.
Opened for full play June 2009, the parkland style course is located on an elevated area of land with views over the inner Cork Harbor.
Water features on the golf course, guarding two of the Par 3, 1 of which has an island green with the River Lee forming a stunning backdrop.
Cobh Golf Club is members owned Club affiliated to the GUI and ILGU. The course is constructed to a high specification with USGA greens and tees and the Hawtree Ltd designed golf holes which offer an interesting variety of challenges.
The course is a modest 6250 yards from the main tees, but the back tees extend its length to nearly 7000 yards, (Par 72, par 73 for Ladies) offering a test to even the best of golfers.
The Club organizational structure comprises of:
- Management Committee who run the business affairs of the club.
- Men's Club Committee who manage the Men's & Junior Boys Sections
- Ladies Club Committee who manage the Ladies & Junior Girls Sections
They have a thriving Men's & Ladies club section whose co-operation and enthusiasm in the development of the club augers well for the future.
The Club hosts a busy calendar of sponsored tournaments through all categories of membership. Open competitions form an integral part of these and allow them the opportunity of welcoming and extending their hospitality to other club members.
In addition throughout the year the Men's, Ladies and junior sections are well represented in the various inter club team events around the country.

East Cork Golf Club
East Cork Golf Club was founded in 1968 when Eamon and Peg Moloney converted their dairy farm into a nine hole golf course. The Course is situated on the ourskirts of Midleton, bordered by two rivers, making it an ideal parkland location for a golf course. Eddie Hackett, one of Irelands foremost Golf Course Architects designed the course and local development contractor, Ned Moran carried out the work. The Course was officially opened on the 10th of November 1969 by the late Mr. Brian Lenihan, T.D.
The course was extended to 18 holes in 1975 and an extension to the clubhouse was completed in 1992. Don Macfarlane came on board as the club professional and a new driving range was finished in 1999.
The hospitality and courtesy to all has become a legendary feature of East Cork Golf Club.

The Castlemartyr Golf Resort
Is an 18 hole, 6,728 yd, Par 72, inland links style course.
It is the creation of renowned golf course designer Ron Kirby, whose credentials were honed on such Irish masterpieces as the Old Head, and Mount Juliet, as well as Gleneagles in Scotland. In Castlemartyr Mr. Kirby has developed an inland links style course that creates a visually pleasing yet testing experience.
