Yoga classes are ongoing, please enquire at reception about start dates and times.
An aerobics class in the swimming pool. Our pool has a depth of 1.35m which is ideal for many of the aqua exercises. This class is suitable for recovery from injury, weight loss and as it is in the water, there is little or no stress on the joints.
Bums, Tums and Legs
A toning class to concentrate on all the right areas. A fun class with demanding exercises and getting great results.
A controlled class of exercises for the core – to include tummy, sides and back. Excellent for rehabilitation and for anyone suffering from back pain or injuries.
Step 'n' tone
A combination class of step exercises and toning exercises, Great for toning the lower body and working on areas that may need toning.
An energetic group class to music on stationary bikes. Excellent for burning calories and toning legs, hips and bum areas.
As it sounds, an overall body toning class. Using weights, gym balls and balance discs we will tone the full body. A great class with little or no jumping around.
An energetic high tempo class with lots of fun dance steps to keep you fit and toned.
